Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 27 August 2025 in respect of the resignation of External Auditors of the Company.
The Board of Directors of KAB wishes to announce that HLB Ler Lum Chew PLT ("HLB"), having consented to act, is appointed as the External Auditors of the Company on 2 September 2025, to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of the previous auditors.
The Board of Directors of KAB, after a thorough evaluation process, is of the view that HLB possesses the requisite expertise, experience, and resources to act as the Company's auditors and has shortlised HLB as the External Auditors of KAB and its group of Companies pursuant to Section 271(2)(b) of the Companies Act 2016.
