The Board of Directors of Kinergy Advancement Berhad ("KAB" or the "Group") wishes to announce that a Letter of Award (“Contract”) awarded on 13 May 2025 by Rancha Power Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202401055558 (1601402-A)] (“RPSB”), to the unincorporated joint-venture between KAB Energy Holdings Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202101013322 (1413621-K)] (“KABEH”), the wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, and Sinohydro Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199801002897 (459023-V)] (“SINOHYDRO”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) for the Provisions of Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (“EPCC”) of 120MW Power Plant Facility in Labuan, Federal Territory of Labuan.
