Pursuant to Paragraph 9.20 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to announce that JCB had acquired securities quoted on certain stock exchanges (“Quoted Securities”) where the aggregate purchase consideration for the period from 28 January 2025 to 19 December 2025, which has not been announced, has exceeded 5% of JCB’s audited consolidated net assets as at 31 December 2024.

The aggregate purchase consideration paid by JCB for the period from 28 January 2025 to 19 December 2025 (in the preceding 12 months), is as follows:

2. Carrying/Book Value: RM301.20 million
3. Market Value: RM338.11 million
