HKIT has deemed interest in the shares of JcbNext Berhad as the shareholder of HKTS. 3. HSBC International Trustee (Holdings) Pte. Ltd. ("HTHL") owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. 4. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited ("HBAP") owns the entire issued capital of HTHL. 5. HSBC Asia Holdings Limited ("HAHO") owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. 6.
