Pursuant to Paragraph 9.20 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to announce that JCB had acquired securities quoted on certain stock exchanges (“Quoted Securities”) where the aggregate purchase consideration for the period from 16 July 2023 to 15 July 2024, which has not been announced, has exceeded 5% of the JCB’s audited consolidated net assets as at 31 December 2023.

The aggregate purchase consideration paid by JCB for the period from 16 July 2023 to 15 July 2024 (in the preceding 12 months), is as follows:
