1. INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors of Infomina is pleased to announce that Infomina had signed and accepted the Surat Setuju Terima ("SST") from the Kementerian Dalam Negeri ("KDN") on 30 March 2026.

2. DETAILS OF THE SST

The SST entails the provision of technology infrastructure operations, maintenance and support services to Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia ("JIM"). The service is to provide maintenance services for the hardware and software of JIM's immigration data centre and computer systems, including software licence renewals, preventive and corrective maintenance, and technical support services.

The tenure of the SST is thirty-six (36) months commencing from 25 March 2026 to 24 March 2029 ("Period"). The value for the SST is RM68,919,033.60 (including Sales and Services Tax) for the entire Period. Any further renewal or extension of the SST after the Period is at the discretion of KDN.

3. RISK FACTOR

The risk factors associated with the SST are the same as those presently faced by Infomina.

4. FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The SST is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Infomina Group over the Period.

5. INTEREST OF DIRECTORS, MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS AND/OR PERSONS CONNECTED WITH THEM

The acceptance of the SST is in the ordinary course of business and is in the best interest of the Company.

None of the Directors, major shareholders of Infomina and/or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the SST.
