Further to the Company’s Earlier Announcements, the Board of Directors of Infomina wishes to update that on 12 December 2025, the Defendant filed an omnibus motion for partial reconsideration of the Joint Orders issued by the Court on 27 November 2025 (“Omnibus Motion for Partial Reconsideration”).

The Plaintiff filed its answer to the Defendant’s counterclaims on 15 December 2025. On 17 December 2025, the Plaintiff filed its opposition to the Defendant’s Omnibus Motion for Partial Reconsideration.

On 22 December 2025, the Court fixed the hearing date for the Omnibus Motion for Partial Reconsideration on 20 January 2026.

On 20 January 2026, counsel for both parties appeared before the Court and were afforded the opportunity to present oral arguments on their respective positions in relation to the Omnibus Motion for Partial Reconsideration. Both parties subsequently submitted their respective summaries of arguments to the Court on 30 January 2026.

On 16 February 2026, the Court issued the order denying the Defendant’s Omnibus Motion for Partial Reconsideration on all points for lack of merit.
