The ESOS which was implemented by the Company on 15 December 2025 refers.

Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Infomina wishes to announce that the Company has on 15 December 2025, offered a total of 45,093,750 ESOS Options to the eligible Directors and employees of the Group to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the ESOS.
