The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the ESOS. Reference is made to the approval obtained from the shareholders of Infomina for the ESOS at the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 18 November 2025. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Infomina, UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS is 15 December 2025, being the date on which the Company is in full compliance with Rule 6.44(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
