Further to the Company’s announcements made on 2 September 2024, 6 December 2024, 15 April 2025 and 23 July 2025, the Board wishes to inform that there has been no material development pertaining to the status of the MOU between Infomina, Infomina AI and YYC taxPOD on streamlining corporate information access for SMEs in Malaysia through SSM Search, a comprehensive digital platform launched by Infomina.
Further announcement on any material development in respect of the MOU will be made in due course.
