We wish to advise that 3D Energi Limited, an associate company of Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad, has issued a disclosure to the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX") dated 17 March 2026 and released on 18 March 2026.

A copy of the disclosure to the ASX is enclosed in the attachment.

The Group will monitor the development of this matter. The financial impact on the Group is limited to the carrying value of its investment in 3D Energi Limited of approximately RM4 million.
