Unless otherwise defined, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those previously defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of HexTech wishes to announce that the Vendor and the Purchaser had on 27 February 2026 mutually agreed to extend the conditional period under the SPA for a further three (3) months. Accordingly, the conditional period of the SPA has been extended from 28 February 2026 until 28 May 2026 to enable the parties to fulfil the remaining conditions precedent of the SPA.
