Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Hextech wishes to announce the financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Malsuria (M) Sdn. Bhd. in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender for the financial quarter ended 31 December 2025. The details are set out in the attachment.
