The Board of Directors of HexTech wishes to announce that the Company had on 6 October 2025, received a letter of acceptance from the Purchaser agreeing to grant an extension of time for PSSB to obtain the relevant consent to transfer from the state authority in relation to the Property until 31 October 2025.
