We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 29 August 2024, 23 December 2024, 24 December 2024, 24 January 2025, 25 February 2025 and 25 May 2025 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those previously defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of HexTech wishes to announce that the Vendor had on 12 September 2025, agreed to and accepted a Letter of Requisition dated 2 September 2025 from the Purchaser requesting an extension of the conditional period under the SPA for a further six (6) months. Accordingly, the conditional period of the SPA has been extended from 28 August 2025 until 28 February 2026 to enable the parties to fulfil the remaining conditions precedent of the SPA.
