The Company wishes to announce that the Share Issuance Scheme (“SIS”) of Hextech which was established on 25 September 2013 for a period of five (5) years and further extended by the Board of Director of Hextech on 4 September 2018 for a period of additional five (5) years, will expire on 18 November 2023 pursuant to By-Laws of the SIS.

In accordance with the By-Laws of the SIS, there shall be no further offer of SIS options from 18 November 2023 onwards and all SIS options to the extent that they have not been exercised upon the expiry of the duration of the SIS on 18 November 2023 shall automatically lapse and become null and void and have no further effect.
