Reference is made to the utilisation of proceeds raised from the disposal by the Company of its entire equity interests in Guper Resources Sdn. Bhd. and Ultra Trinity Sdn. Bhd. to Dolphin Assets Sdn. Bhd. for an aggregate cash consideration of RM22.452 million. (“Disposal”) as disclosed in the Company’s Circular dated 27 July 2021. The Company had raised total gross proceeds of RM22.452 million from the Disposal (“Disposal Proceeds”).

The Board of Directors of HEXTECH (“Board”) wishes to inform that it has approved the extension of time for the utilisation of the remaining unutilized Disposal Proceeds earmarked for “Future Investment” for an additional 12 months of up to 36 months from the date of disposal.
