Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of HRB wishes to announce that Blissful Fusion Sdn. Bhd. (“BFSB”), a 51% indirect subsidiary of the Company, has in the ordinary course of business entered into a recurrent related party transaction of a revenue or trading nature (“RRPT”) with its major shareholder, Farm To Fork Sdn. Bhd. (“FTFSB”). The aggregate value of the RRPT amounts to RM1 million or more, or exceed 1% of the relevant percentage ratio, whichever is higher, for the period from 10 December 2025 up to 30 January 2026 being the latest practicable date (hereinafter referred to as “LPD”).
