On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 6 March 2026, resolved to approve the Company’s application for an extension of time from 23 February 2026 until 31 March 2026 to submit the draft circular pursuant to Paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements.
