Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 23 December 2025 and 22 January 2026 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities today to seek an extension of time for the Company to submit the draft circular (including the draft independent advice letter) to the Shareholders in relation to the Proposals to Bursa Securities.
