On behalf of the Board of Directors of HIB, Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd) wishes to announce that the Company had on 12 February 2026 entered into a conditional share purchase agreement with Tan Kai Young, Chua Ray-Men, Tan Sze Liang, Lee Ken Vern and Ricky Tjandra for the acquisition of 51% equity interest in Woodpeckers Group Sdn Bhd for a cash consideration of RM177.48 million, subject to adjustment as provided in the agreement.
