We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, MBSB IB (formerly known as MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad) wishes to announce that following the fulfilment of the conditions precedent of the conditional SPA for the disposal of the Pasir Gudang Property, the balance of the disposal consideration of RM22,135,000, (being 95.00% of the total disposal consideration for the Pasir Gudang Property) has been paid and settled on 17 October 2025 in accordance with the SPA. Accordingly, the tenancy agreement for the Pasir Gudang Property between PK Fertilizers Sdn Bhd and Pacific Trustees has been signed and dated on 17 October 2025, marking the completion of the disposal of the Pasir Gudang Property.
