- Proposed New and Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") and Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority

The Board of Directors of HIB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval in respect of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming Thirteenth (13th) Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date to be advised later.


The Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the abovementioned proposals will be issued and despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
