The Board of Directors of the Company had on 18 August 2022 approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 August 2022 to 31 December 2022. The next audited financial statements of the Company shall be for a period of 16 months, made up from 1 September 2021 to 31 December 2022. The rationale is to facilitate better management reporting within the Group as the fertiliser tender period mostly follow the calendar year cut off as at 31 December. |
