The Board of Directors of HIB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval in respect of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming 10th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date to be advised later.
The Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the abovementioned proposal will be issued and despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
