Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 6 November 2020, 1 December 2020, 12 January 2021 and 26 February 2021 in relation to the Rights Issue (“Earlier Announcements”) and the Circular to shareholders dated 4 February 2021 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements and Circular.
On behalf of the Board of Hextar Industries, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, had vide its letter dated 12 July 2021, granted Hextar Industries an extension of time to 11 January 2022 to complete the implementation of the Rights Issue.
