Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 23 December 2025, 22 January 2026, 13 February 2026, 6 March 2026, 12 June 2026 and 23 June 2026 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the parties to the SSAs have mutually agreed to further extend the period for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent under the SSAs until 31 December 2026.
