We refer to the Announcements and the Circular dated 20 December 2024 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, MIDF Investment wishes to announce that PK Fertilizers Sdn Bhd and Pacific Trustees have mutually agreed to extend the conditional period by three (3) months from 28 May 2025 to fulfil the remaining conditions precedent of the SPA.
Save as disclosed above, there are no other variations to the terms and conditions of the SPA.
