The Board of Directors of Hexcare wishes to announce that the Company proposes to obtain shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to purchase of its own shares (“Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority”) at the forthcoming Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting (“29th AGM”) of the Company to be convened.

The Statement to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
