Pursuant to Paragraph 10.05 of the MAIN Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of HEXCARE wishes to announce that Rubberex Alliance Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“RASB” or “the Vendor”) had on 13 January 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Jutanaga Sdn Bhd (“Jutanaga” or “the Purchaser”) for the disposal of two (2) parcels of vacant industrial lands held under HS(D) 164000 for PT 34584 measuring approximately 12,839 square metres and HS(D) 164003 for PT 34587 measuring approximately 35,260 square metres, both at Mukim of Sungai Terap, District of Kinta, State of Perak ("the Property") for a total disposal consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Eleven Million Nine Hundred Thousand (RM11,900,000.00) only (“Disposal Price”).

This is a voluntarily announcement under Paragraph 10.05 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities as the Proposed Disposal does not exceed 5% of the percentage ratios.
