Reference is made to the announcement made by the Company on 24 June 2024 pertaining to the resignation of External Auditors.

The Board of Directors of Hexcare wishes to announce that Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT, having consented to act as External Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 via its letter dated 24 July 2024, has been appointed as the External Auditors of the Company and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
