The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 30 September 2025 to 31 December 2025 for better alignment of the Company's financial reporting cycle with its associate companies. Following the change of financial year, the next set of Audited Financial Statements will cover a period of 15 months from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2025. Thereafter, the subsequent financial year shall end on 31 December annually.
