On behalf of the Board of Directors of HEXCAP, M & A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company had completed following the listing of 19,700,000 Placement Shares, 20,400,000 Placement Shares and 93,989,200 Placement Shares on 6 March 2025, 29 April 2025 and 17 September 2025, respectively, on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
