Hextar Capital Berhad (“HCB”) had, at its 29th Annual General Meeting held on 26th February 2025 obtained a mandate from its shareholders for Hextar Capital Berhad and its subsidiaries (“HCB Group”) to enter into recurrent related party transactions of revenue or trading nature (“RRPT”) which are necessary for HCB Group’s day-to-day operations.

Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPT has exceeded the estimated value of RRPT disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 24 January 2025 (“Circular”) by more than 10%.
