Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Private Placement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities is pleased to announce that, Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 21 March 2025, approve a further extension of time of 6 months up to 18 September 2025 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
