Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Private Placement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities to seek an extension of time of 6 months up to 17 September 2025 for the Company to implement the Private Placement.
