| Working experience and occupation | Encik Shahrul Azham b Sukaiman has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of PETRONAS Gas Berhad ("PGB"), effective 1 July 2022. He brings over 20 years of extensive experience in Finance and Accounts.
Encik Shahrul began his career with PETRONAS in May 2002 as a Finance Executive at PGB. Since then, he has held various leadership roles across the PETRONAS Group of Companies, covering financial and management reporting, corporate finance and treasury, as well as strategic and business planning, both locally and internationally. His portfolio also includes assignments in the President's Office and involvement in several corporate projects and initiatives. Currently, Encik Shahrul serves as a board member for several subsidiaries and joint venture companies under PGB. |
