We refer to the announcements dated 6 March 2025, 5 May 2025, 12 December 2025, 16 December 2025 and 31 December 2025 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the SC had vide its letter dated 19 January 2026, approved the application in relation to the Proposed Exemptions under subparagraphs 4.08(1)(a) and 4.08(1)(b) of the Rules.
