On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities is pleased to announce that the Private Placement comprising 32,428,157 Placement Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 15 June 2021. The Board has confirmed that there will be no subsequent tranches or additional Placement Shares to be placed out pursuant to the Private Placement.
Therefore, on behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Private Placement is deemed completed today.
