The Board of Directors of Wawasan (“the Board”) wishes to announce that WD Solar Kedah Sdn. Bhd. (“WDSKSB”), a 70% owned subsidiary of Wawasan Dengkil Sdn. Bhd. (“WDSB”), had on 30 January 2026 entered into a Sub-lease Agreement (“SA”) with Pembangunan Iltizam Sdn. Bhd. (“PISB”) in respect of all ten (10) pieces of 278.8818 acres of lands described held under Mukim Ayer Puteh, District of Pendang, in the State of Kedah (“Demised Area”) commencing from the Site Handover Date.
