Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 10 October 2025. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement. The Board of Directors of Wawasan (“the Board”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of the IPO Proceeds allocated for the purchase of machineries and commercial vehicles for an additional twelve (12) months from the original expiry date (“Extension”).
