The Board of Directors of Wawasan (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Wawasan Dengkil Sdn. Bhd. (“WDSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 15 January 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Kester Sdn. Bhd. (“KESTER”) to establish a strategic collaboration, whereby WDSB shall act as a Project Delivery Partner for renewable energy and green technology initiatives in the state of Kedah ("Proposal").
