The Board of Directors of Wawasan (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Wawasan Dengkil Sdn. Bhd. (“WDSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 25 November 2025 accepted the letter of award dated 24 November 2025 (“LOA”) awarded by Warisan Infra Sdn. Bhd. (“WARISAN”) for construction and completion of flood mitigation works (site clearance and demolition works, civil works, structural works and geotechnical works) for Sungai Langat CH 6800 – CH 10150 at Sepang, Selangor (“the Sub-Contract Works”).
