Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Hextech wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Malsuria (M) Sdn. Bhd. has not extended any loans/advances to any party in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender and therefore, there are no outstanding loans/advances for the financial quarter ended 31 March 2024.
