Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in that announcement.
The Board of Directors of Comfort Gloves Berhad (“CGB”) wishes to announce that on 25 November 2024, CRGI and GQ informed the High Court that parties are still engaged in settlement negotiations. The High Court sets the next case management on 20 January 2025 for parties to update the High Court on the status of the negotiations.
The Company will provide updates from time to time of any material development on this matter.
