Job Description

• Identify, explore and secure new business opportunities.
• To ensure all the inquiries and any related with RFQ are attended and be respond before cutoff date.
• Handling report such as Risk Management report, Sales Pipeline Report, Internal Weekly Meeting.
• Troubles shoot and track job progress from beginning until the end.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements.
• Liase with all related departments/divisions to ensure job completion.
• Maintain good relations with customers.
• Meet with customers on a need to be basis to enhance relations and solve problems.
• Any other job that maybe assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Min Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of BD working experience in Logistics industry.
• Have knowledge in basic financial analysis.
• Computer literate.
• Self-motivated and customer oriented.
• Good organizing skills and able to work independently.
• Good presentation and prospecting skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Based at HQ Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Risk Management

⦁Lead identification, assessment and monitoring of operational risks across warehouse operations.

⦁Strategize and implement mitigation plans to minimize service disruption, financial loss and safety incidents.

⦁Partner with warehouse teams and relevant vendors to embed proactive risk controls and strengthen operational resilience.

⦁Monitor performance indicators and trends to ensure continuous improvement in operational safety and efficiency.

2.Risk Reporting & Governance

⦁Prepare and present concise, insightful risk reports to Senior Management and the Audit & Risk Committee, and Board, highlighting operational, safety, and compliance risks.

⦁Recommend mitigation strategies and ensure alignment with corporate governance standards.

⦁Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) aligned with operational performance, safety, regulatory compliance, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

⦁Draft, review, and update risk related policies, procedures, and governance documentation to maintain best practices.

⦁Drive adherence to corporate governance practices and internal risk policies across all logistics functions.

3.Internal Control & Compliance

⦁Review and strengthen internal controls.

⦁Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and regulatory obligations.

⦁Support internal audits and control assessments.

4.Risk Advisory & Culture

⦁Advise business units on risk mitigation.

⦁Promote risk awareness and conduct training.

⦁Support business continuity and crisis management planning.

Requirement:

⦁Bachelor’s degree in finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related discipline.

⦁Minimum 5–7 years in risk management, internal audit, compliance or related managerial roles in logistics field, preferably in a public listed company.

⦁Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks and internal control systems.

⦁Strong communication and presentation skills for reporting to Management and Board.

⦁Experience in Internal Audit business continuity planning, crisis management, or ESG/risk integration is a plus.
