| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Park Jinwoo ("Mr. Park") started his career at the IBM Global Process Service in South Korea in 2011 and moved on as a Tax Accountant at CHLK LLP in the United States of America in 2012. Thereafter, up to 2015, Mr. Park was with the IBM Asia Pacific Accounting Center in Malaysia as a Statutory Accountant for Asia Pacific countries and Contract Reviewer for Korea in Service Accounting. In February 2015, Mr. Park joined CJ Logistics Corporation in South Korea where he was involved in domestic finance in the accounting team for local subsidiaries. He then moved on to global finance in the accounting team for overseas subsidiaries from July 2015 to July 2019. Mr. Park is now part of the Global Planning team for overseas subsidiaries. He was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company on 3 April 2023. |
