| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Kim Hyunchul has built his career with CJ Logistics Corporation over a period of nearly 20 years from December 2004 to the present. He first started as a Manager of the Transportation Operation Team in CJ Logistics Korea from December 2004 to June 2014 before serving as the Vice President of the Business Audit Division from July 2014 to December 2023. He thereafter held the position of Vice President of the Global Innovation Team from January 2024 to October 2024.
