| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Kim Jinmok ("Mr. Kim") has built his career with CJ Logistics Corporation over a period of close to 17 years from August 2006 to present. He first started as a Manager of the Management Support Team in CJ Logistics Korea from August 2006 to October 2012 before he served as the Chief Financial Officer of CJ Logistics Indonesia from October 2012 to February 2018. During March 2018 to December 2020, he was back in CJ Logistics Korea and held the position of General Manager of the Overseas Business Team. Subsequently, Mr. Kim held the position of Managing Director in CJ Logistics Myanmar from January 2021 to December 2021 and CJ Logistics Indonesia from January 2022 to April 2023, before his appointment as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company. |
