Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 27 August 2020 in respect of the material litigation as described above (‘Previous Announcement’) For ease of reference, the terms and abbreviations used in the Previous Announcement shall be adopted herein, unless stated otherwise. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Suit 271 was fixed for hearing for Summary Judgement application as filed by CJCT against Axisjaya Sdn Bhd and Seri Mutiara Development Sdn Bhd. The Court has reserved its decision and the same will only be pronounced on 30 October 2020. The Company will continue to make the necessary announcement of any material development in respect of Suit 271. This announcement is dated 7 October 2020. |
